SALISBURY -- Investigators continued to search a heavily wooded area in rural Delmar on Saturday as they processed the crime scene where the body of an 11-year-old girl was found

Sarah Haley Foxwell's remains were located on the north side of Melson Road in Delmar near Hampton Court on Christmas Day. Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis declined to give further details on the cause of her death during a news conference Friday, stating the investigation is ongoing.
A few hours after Foxwell was reported missing by family members, investigators from the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation charged 30-year-old Thomas James Leggs Jr. of the 30400 block of Bennett Road in the girl's disappearance, according to Lewis.Leggs, a registered sex offender in Maryland and Delaware, was charged with burglary and two counts of kidnapping. The victim and the witness knew Leggs, who was the former boyfriend of Foxwell's aunt, according to court documents. The aunt, Amy Fothergill, told police she and Leggs dated for a short period about a month or so ago before Leggs stopped contacting her.

Harry Reid - Bribe Master

Harry has done it again, and again.
Harry Reid, likes to buy votes for the Senate Health Bill.  He cannot get the 60 needed votes, so he has to"buy them." With our money.

This shows what a lousy bill they have drafted.  For the bill to pass,  the Senators opposing  the bill had to be bribed. 
How pathetic - Harry Reid.

There is so much wrong with this bill, it cannot be fixed, it needs to be written again.  But I doubt if the bill will be changed.

Some lies:

If you have a chronic  condition - heart failure, diabetics, cancer .... watch out.  He is the lie.
 The Dems and Obama have said with this bill there will be no refusal to insure anyone  due to pre-existing medical conditions.  Well if you have a pre -existing medical condition, your insurance may cost you 60-80% more than an average healthy persons premiums. 

If and when this bill get signed, and more is learned about it, most Americans will see how they have been lied to, deceived , misled  and cheated, by Obama and his white house and the democrats in congress.

Athlete of the Decade

Woods was selected Wednesday as the Athlete of the Decade by members of The Associated Press in a vote that was more about 10 years of performance than nearly three weeks of salacious headlines."

Major in Finance and Banking - You Will Get a Bonus

Last year, Goldman paid out a record $20.2 billion in “compensation and benefits” and it is more than a little obvious that this year the payout will be down significantly, with something in the 40% range looking likely."


If your kid goes to college, and does not know what to major in?  Tell them banking , commerce and finance, financial advising, investments or just a degree in business.  Then start an MBA and get a job on Wall Street in an investment bank.

A law degree cannot hurt. These firms need lawyers to keep the execs out of jail. So a law degree is very important too.
The bigger the firm - the better.  That way you will be too big to fail.

The firm you work  for can screw up, almost go broke, get a bail out, and you will likely get a bonus.


You can screw up. And you will get a bonus. 

This is the only industry in the world where you will get rewarded for failure, the  only other place where this can happen is in the Congress.

What is The Deal Harry Reid? $300 Million Bribe

The Washington Post reported on a provision in the health reform bill that would give the state of Louisiana - whose Senator, Mary Landrieu, is indecisive on health reform - $300 million. "The promise of the Obama campaign is to change the way Washington works," CNN's John King asks Sen. Sherrod Brown. King argues that this process is "Washington as usual, is it not?" Brown and Sen. Jeanne Shaheen were tongue-tied as to how to answer the question at first.

King continued, "Is it important enough to buy votes?"

New Orleans Sues Army for Katrina Flood

A US judge has ruled that negligence by the US Army Corps of Engineers led to massive floods in parts of New Orleans as Hurricane Katrina struck in 2005.

" Submitting a claim for a staggering $77 billion, the city of New Orleans joined tens of thousands of would-be plaintiffs who rushed to beat a Thursday deadline to alert the Army Corps of Engineers that they may sue for losses resulting from the levee breaches after Hurricane Katrina.     Also joining the queue were Entergy New Orleans, the city's bankrupt electrical utility, which is seeking $655 million, and the New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board, which put in a claim of about $460 million, spokesmen for the agencies said."

Tax Problems? You Should Know Better.

"California's Rep. Pete Stark, a senior House Democrat

has been claiming a $1.7 million Maryland home as his principal residence in recent years, although he represents the Golden State's 13th District on the east side of San Francisco Bay.The 77-year-old Stark has saved himself nearly $3,900 in state and county taxes by claiming the six-acre waterfront estate as his principal residence, according to an investigation by Bloomberg News.

Maryland law allows the tax break only to those residences used "for the legal purposes of voting, obtaining a driver's license, and filing income tax returns."

Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.)

The Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) apparently didn't report $75,000 in rental income from a villa he has owned in the Dominican Republic since 1988. The oversight was on both his federal and state tax returns, according to a story in today's New York Times. 

He failed to report as much as $1.3 million in outside income which included up to $1 million for a Harlem building sale -- on financial-disclosure forms he filed between 2002 and 2006, according to newly amended records.

 Its hard to believe that these two, well educated, and experienced, are so dumb. Dumb and stubborn.
Rangel has a JD and Stark an MBA. SO what is their problem?
Maybe its a little of " you can fool some of the people some of the time........................"

But smart people are suppose to know better, but some smart people think they are smart. But they are not. Maybe they are clever. 

They both have money, and  they probably have an CPA or lawyer friends who can counsel them in complicated tax matters. But no, they still screw up.  If they are guilty of tax improprieties, I hope they are fined, and have to repay the IRS for any taxes owed.  We are told, no one is above the law.  Even these "law makers."

"A nationwide crackdown on child prostitution rescued eight children in Seattle and one in Everett - more than any other metropolitan area in the United States.

"It's big problem here ... not just in Washington, but the entire country," says Robbie Burroughs of the FBI's Seattle office.

More child prostitutes were found in the Puget Sound region than in Cleveland, which had seven, and New York City, with five. The youngest victim nationwide was just 10 years old. In Seattle, the youngest was 14.

"Anybody who lives in our state or in this country should be concerned that our children are being recruited into this kind of life and being exploited through prostitution," Burroughs says."

This is another sad commentary of how children and women are treated in this country.

Children of the night. This is a total outrage.

Nearly 700 people, including 61 pimps, were arrested in a sweep called Cross Country IV.
There would be no trade, business, or prostitution if the john was not in the picture. Men who participate in sex with little kids need to go to jail and be fined. The pimps who use these young people for sex for money, once caught should go to jail for life.

There are estimates that about 300,000 to 800,000 are children involved in child prostitution each year.

It has been said that prostitution is the oldest profession. Prostitution should not be the youngest profession.

The pilots of a commercial passenger jet that overshot its destination by 150 miles - sparking fears of a hijacking - have claimed that they were on their personal laptops and lost track of time.

The pilots have said they were not asleep. There were using their laptops?

Were they on the internet?

It might have been an honest mistake- but the pilots get the dummy award. No pass here, like you passed the airport you were suppose to land at.

Alan Grayson wants us to know "Republicans want you to die quickly if you get sick." Grayson needs to worry about Florida and the tragedies of Caylee Marie Anthony, Haleigh Cummings and Somer Thompson. Florida ranks third in the nation in the rate of children killed by child abuse and negligence. But he wants to worry about the Republicans.
